My job responsibilities include:
Accounts Management, managing all accounts for each vehicle/ machine separately in an appropriate manner.

Payments Schedules and Documents Handling, managing all payments that are receivable and putting the same to their concerned accounts.

Cheque Collection and Bank Reconciliation, making sure all cheques are received and deposited duly upon it gets matured and reconciling the same with bank, maintaining a check on cheques issued as well.

Financial Reporting & Cash Flow Management, managing cash in flow and out flow and making arrangements for upcoming expenditures, preparing and submitting reports to the CEO.
