- Reports directly to Commissioning Manager and do tasks as instructed.

- Maintains Manager’s calendar such as schedules, meetings/conference and site visits.

- Took charge of Manager’s business travels (ticket bookings, hotel & restaurants reservations and coordinates to accounts department regarding the expenses.

- Handle parcels to be sent out through courier and dropping of mails.




- Responsible for transmitting submittals of outgoing documents (drawings, procedures, method statements and others) through SPF - SharePoint Folders.

- Responsible for proper documentation/filling of incoming documents and distributes to respective Managers, Engineers and Department Leads.

- Prepare letters and accumulate documents to attach for the submission of Construction Completion (POV), Mechanical Completion and project completion binders.

- Compile documents and attach to Daily Commissioning Plan of the Day (POD) for distribute to Leads, Engineers, Department Heads and Client.

- In-charge of gathering check sheets, data record, test reports and other related documents from Electrical, Mechanical, QA/QC and Commissioning Department for uploading to WinPCS.

- Ensure document flow and distribute timely to appropriate recipients.

- Handle electronic worksheet to put into record the issued, active, closed and expired LOTO (locked out tagged out) Permit to Work, Sanction to Test & Access Permits.

- Maintain and distribute updated status of electronic record of LOTO (locked out tagged out) Work Permits.

- Assist LOTO Permit Controllers with regards to the process of permit issuance and closing.

- Generate and control LOTO Permit to Work, Sanction to Test & Access Permit reference/serial numbers.

- Ensure efficient supply of LOTO Permit Request Forms and Permit Templates.

- Take charge of marking the power plant layout (drawing) for System Map & POV (Pre-Operational Verification) Areas status and update from time to time.

- Prepare & distribute Safety Bulletins for Construction Completion & Mechanical Completion areas, Energization and Testing,

- Generate & control Commissioning Safety Bulletin transmittal numbers.

- Provide support and assistance to the department in any administrative related issues and coordination tasks as and when required.

- Responsible for employee’s attendance, timesheets, overtime request and leave application.

- Responsible to deliver correct and timely information from Administration, Department Manager and Leads to the department members.




- Assist department members to extend their work related concerns, queries and reports to Department Heads or Administration.

- Assist Vendors/TA’s mobilization to Site and arrange gate pass, transportation, and trainings needed for work.

- Took charge of requesting necessary Trainings for the Department to be able to work at Site.
