• Conduct QAQC of completed electrical drawings, liaise with the modeler to amend the comments and review the final drawing for submission.

• Organize Technical Meeting with the Client to discuss Technical Queries, Design Inputs and Reference and address coordination issues with other trades.

My responsibility includes testing and commissioning of all system such as LV main and sub-main cable insulation resistance testing, ELV cables continuity testing, fibre optic end to end testing, start up testing of LV panels (MDB, SMDB, FDB and MCC), fire alarm loop to loop and device to device testing including third party interfaces, start up testing of Central Battery and Emergency/Exit Light testing/addressing, access control device to device testing, camera view/angle testing, lighting control and small power functionality testing, BMS device to device testing plus graphics verification including sequence of operation and fire alarm interfacing, and Guest Room Management System. This project is composed of 2 buildings connected by a linked bridge. I am also responsible for the system hand over to the client plus closing all issues under Defect Liability Period (DLP).

• Assigned Testing and Commissioning Engineer of the St. Regis Beach Resort in Saadiyat island Abu Dhabi. I supervise the T&C works of all electrical systems as well as inspection and approval with the consultant plus assist the Authority Inspection (Civil Defence) for building NOC. This project is composed of a 5 start hotel of 3 building cores, 7 apartment buildings of 5 storey each with a combined basement, 32 luxury villas and a multiple commercial units. The project has 5 electrical sub-stations with a separate ETS room for the district cooling supply.

• As Electrical Engineer, part of my general responsibility is to provide technical direction to Electrical Supervisors, Foreman and Chargehand, coordinate with other trades to address clashing of services in plant room and corridors, liaise with systen specialist for the completion of their contract scope and report to Project Manager for the work progress at site.
