Job Role: MEP Engineer Clients Representative
 Successfully completed the MEP works of more than eighty (80) building projects of 132/11KV substation and five (5) building complexes of 400/132KV substation. (Project includes 19KM X 2M diameter cable tunnel project, 400/132KV Mohammad Bin Rashid Solar substation, 400KV Hassyan Coal Switching station, two(2) 400KV Static VAR Compensator (SVC) Stations.
 Currently managing and supervising an on-going project of twelve (12) 132/11KV Substation buildings and a building complex of 400/132KV substation.
 Has successfully introduced and implemented the application of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and inspection and test plan (ITP) in DEWA MEP site management process.
 Successfully initiated the engineering and site supervision department’s site kick-off meeting procedure and formats.
 Financially awarded and certificate for the implemented suggestion “Site management/Supervision Improvement Process”.
 Has authored and developed most of the department’s MEP test and commissioning and inspection (RFI) formats and checklist (Aligned with ITP).
 An effective coordinator with different consultants, main contractors and subcontractor’s project management team regarding project’s scope, quality and progress.

JOB SCOPE:
 Site management and supervision as Client’s (DEWA) representative.
 Project Documents, design drawings, materials, manpower review and site approval.
 Attend project kick-off, periodical (Weekly and Monthly), progress and site coordination meetings as client’s representative
 MEP (HVAC, LSP and Plumbing pumps) testing and commissioning
 Interview and pproval of consultant and contractor’s proposed engineer for the Projects
 Ensure and monitor that the consultant/contractors KPIs are meet.
 Ensure Project (MEP scope) delivered as per schedule.
 Ensure enter departmental SLAs are strictly observed
 Attend periodical (Weekly and Monthly) and scheduled meetings with consultant and contractors.
 Site work Quality control and assurance.
 Ensure Health and safety is never compromised.
 Inspection of materials, installation and testing/commissioning as per ITP requirement.
 Construction and commissioning of HVAC, Ventilation and forced ventilation system, LSP (Low voltage lighting and power system), Overhead EOT Cranes, Transfer and booster Pumps, Roll up doors, Elevators, CCTVs and other MEP equipment’s
 Periodical reporting for progress, site issues, NCRs, ITPs and quality related document.

JOB SCOPE:

 Prepare technical specs and drawing for annual project proposals
 Ensure consumable materials are managed and monitored and material requirement and delivery are ordered on time
 Review and approval of day time, night time and hot works work permit with detailed manpower allocations.
 Conduct snagging/punch listing works during hand overs.
 Submit annual project proposals for store developments and renovations for funding allocation
 Managing and scheduling of in-house engineering staff, contractors and sub-contractors.
 Ensure that the costs of Projects are within the yearly allotted budget.
 Ensure that the cost of O&M and utilities are aligned with the department store's periodical sales as reflected in actual during the monthly, quarterly and annual meetings.
 Maintain a reliable documentation for billings, monthly utilities usage plan vs. actual, manpower cost, supply inventories, equipment data(readings), warranty documents/claims, contracts, revisions and updates, specifications, drawings, Issued work permit, etc.
 Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual report presentation to be delivered during periodical meetings.
 Ensure that the maintenance and repair request from consignors/tenants are being attended and request documents are timely submitted for billing.
 Ensure SLAs between departments are monitored and executed.
