• End to end recruitment of 90+ delivery drivers for an Amazon Delivery Service partner based in Richmond, California; conduct research and provide recommendations to the CEO on how and where we can attract more talent. Act as quality assurance specialist, carrying out audit to ensure that we have all the documentation in place and that all are signed and filled in correctly, should we be audited by Amazon. Apart from these, I was also involved on document creation and management, web design and social media management.
• Recruited 2 programmers for a client based in Kuwait.
• Worked as a part-time head-hunter for Iris Executives, a recruitment agency in the UAE specialized in Emiratisation and C and D level roles.
• Worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Serco under Ultimate HR Solutions from 31st Dec 2020 until 28th Feb 2022. I’ve supported on various bid and mobilisation projects within Transport, Aviation, Fire and Rescue Services and Facilities Management industries.
Provided strategic and operational HR services to the business; partner with the General Manager, Head of Departments and Head of Finance. Also oversee office operational services and facilities.
Provides specialist HR advise to people managers and employees. Handled all employee relations cases, employee engagement, reporting, separation management, mobilitsations, etc.
Full cycle employee onboarding i.e. from offer stage until employee orientation. Onboarded 70 to 100 candidates per month for Serco's transport and aviation sectors, from Junior to Senior level roles.
Administer and process inbound paperwork received from the employees and business HR. Provides HR guidance for online, telephone and email queries, covering aspects of the employee life-cycle and Serco ME procedures. Responsible for reassigning complex cases to the appropriate HR Delivery Experts to ensure rapid resolution or escalate issues to the management team as appropriate. Maintain logs to capture and
track all request handled and follow ups made in the case management tool. Process medical insurance addition, modification and deletion request. Process fuel card application and deletion request; provide monthly fuel report to finance. Generate salary letters and NOC’s as requested by the employees. Guide employees and managers for all HR system related queries, assistance and or issues. Review all forms related to advances and
reimbursement request via the SAP system.
Key Responsibilities: To deliver excellent customer service and be able to establish rapport with the customer which
is part of KPI; provide resolution to any telephone line and mobile plan issues; assist customers in placing orders,
process refunds and exchanges, cancel or upgrade mobile plans; assist customer in troubleshooting their mobile
phones. Provide technical support and advice to new Customer Service Representatives whenever they face some
issues on their calls.
Key Responsibilities: To achieve monthly sales and KPI targets; to ensure that quality of calls are up to the client’s
standard, at all times; do upsells and cold calls.
Key Responsibilities: To promote social, physical and intellectual growth of young learners by planning, designing,
organising and executing lessons, learning materials and activities that will catch their interest and attention, and
would suit their learning needs. To observe and evaluate each young learner’s performance, behaviour, social
development and physical health to identify their specific needs and provide feedbacks and recommendation to their
parents or guardian. Adapt and or adjust teaching methods and instructional materials to meet young learner’s needs
and interest and establish clear objectives for all lessons. Prepare student reports, design and implement remedial
programs for young learners requiring help.
