Director Employee Services
As the Director - Employee Services' my responsible is delivering employee services to all Mobily staff kingdom wide.
- Direct and oversee that all services are automated;
- Direct overall activities of the employee services function.
- Manage and monitor the preparation and validation of payroll data and delivery of payroll services to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, incentives, and allowances
- Direct and oversee regional HR activities
- Manage and monitor the administration of employees' benefits and other entitlements such as the medical insurance, house loans, defined HR policies.

Executive Manager Employee Services (HR Shared Services)
End to end process management for employee relations gamut which consists of Payroll, GOSI, Medical Insurance, , Policy & Procedures etc. Special exposure and expertise in HR for startup outsourcing company.
Key Activities in my capacity: - Liaise with the Finance Department to resolve any payroll issues that arise in order to ensure that the employees are paid correctly.
