EGA Dubal gate pass applications and follow-ups for the expiry and renewals.

Key responsibilities:
-The management of all logistics matters with reference to both import & export
-Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely despatch of goods
-Closely monitor all deliveries, and supplies
-Work closely with the appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents
-Accurate and preferred quotes and destinations
-Create and distribute documentation
-Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
-Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments
-Handle and manage customer’s inquiry (Stock availability/price)
-Receive and process orders
-Ensure that required products are ordered timely according to order process and target qty.
-Lead and manage distribution planning
-Process and follow-up orders from clients/to suppliers
-Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution.
-Negotiating prices/deals to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency
-Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
-Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
-Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the Warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times
Graduated on 2007 and worked as a production supervisor in a tile factory in Kerala and went to KSA on 2011.
