Teaching in class room environment, in a class size between 12-24 trainees, on different subjects withing electrical technology. preparing lesson plans, skill assessments, knowledge test preparations, and other day to day management tasks assigned by line manager .
Working at ITQAN Institute near dammam where we train the saudi youth on oil &gas related technologies. I am involved in Preparing lesson plans, schedules, conducting lectures, Electrical Theory and Practical Demonstrations, preparing examinations and assisting supervisor in all day to day activities assigned by higher management.
My responsibilities included meetings with project owners, contractors, and coordinate with design engineers streamline activities on site, checking actual works onsite and clear running bills.
Get required information about thier projects from owner and design for them lighting, power, low voltage systems and security systems.
Review and approve shop drawings and material submitals from contractors for projects.
Designed and supervised Hyperstar Lahore, Hyperstar Karachi, Centrepoint Karachi.
• To attend different types of Electrical, , Instrumentation and Pneumatic
complaints on job order of concerned department.
• To do trouble shooting work on different types of electrical machines and panels with the help of schematic drawings in case of any break down.
• Trouble shooting and working experience of PLC based machines
• Responsible to done the jobs of Routine and Preventive Maintenance
• To calibrate different types of sensors, transducers, temperature controllers, electrical and instrumentation equipments with the help of calibrators in case of any fault or ISO tagging purpose.
• To calibrate different types of air, oil, and steam pressure gauges according to ISO standards.
• To indent the local and imported spare parts of machines and update them day by day to reduce the machine break down time and smooth production.
• To write and update the OPLs for different existing and new installed M/c.
• To implementation of KIZENS related from quality and productivity.
• To do trouble shooting work on different types of electrical machines and panels with the help of schematic drawings in case of any break down.
• Responsible to done the jobs of Routine and Preventive Maintenance according to schedules of CMMS.
• To calibrate different types of sensors, transducers, temperature controllers, electrical and instrumentation equipments with the help of calibrators in case of any fault or ISO tagging purpose.
• To calibrate different types of air, oil, and steam pressure gauges according to ISO standards.
• To indent the local and imported spare parts of machines and update them day by day to reduce the machine break down time and smooth production.
• To write and update the POS for different existing and new installed M/c.
• To strictly implementation of 5S and safe working environment.
• To implementation of KIZENS related from quality and productivity.
• To attend the meetings of IMS on Safety and Environment

Worked as a Junior Executive Electrical form 14th Feb 2002 to November 2004 with an ISO certified industrial organization which is a largest and advanced Automobile OEM unit.

D.A.E (Electrical) Have passed diploma of associate engineer with Electrical technology from Sind Board of Technical Education Karachi in “A” grade.
T.S.C (Electronics) Have passed technical school certificate with Electronics technology from Sind board of Technical Education Karachi in “A” grade.
