 Undertaking business risk assessments on a continual basis to evaluate the exposures to the business and taking appropriate preventive measures.
 Maintaining a strong internal control environment to prevent, deter and detect variances in inventory and cash balances.
 Conducting periodical stock counts to evaluate appropriateness of quality and correctness of quantities.
 Reviewing inventory levels on a consistent basis to ensure cost optimization and to avoid stock-outs.
 Monitoring the business’s liquidity and profitability positions and taking necessary operational and strategic decisions such as price revisions and speeding recoveries etc.

