 Design & build of S 61 Express Way Ostrów Mazowiecka-Poland, 112 M.USD.
 Modernized D1 Motorway, usek 12 -Czech Republic, 69 M.USD.
 Played a key role in attaining award of EOT claim of worth so far $ 15M. USD to the Company.
 Establish a Responsibility Assignment Matrix ( RAM) for the purpose of ensuring full integration between
project controls, contract administration, and construction functions for the purpose of improving the
contract administration and claim preparation processes of S61 and D1 motorway projects awarded to the
Company.
 Manage the contract administration and claim preparation processes of S61 and D1 motorway projects
following FIDIC procedure, for the aim of ensuring a full integration between the project controls, engineering
and construction functions within these projects.
 Implement a process for unifying the risks & opportunities register between the estimation, procurement &
project control units, where all the necessary information related to risks & opportunities encountered during
the execution of the construction activities were integrated in the estimation process. Consequently, the bid
proposals were further optimized and tuned prior to be submitted & discussed it with the company GM,
during the bids closing sessions.
