Achievements

Responsibilities

Reporting to the COO of IBS MEA, I was the single point of contact at IBS MEA for HR, Facility Management, Training, Corporate Communication and Travel desk. I also reported to the Global HR Manager assisting with HR requirements for other regions as required.
Responsibilities
• Addressed HR operational queries for leave management, employee benefits, and organisation policies.
• Facilitated globally run HR functions - annual performance appraisal, training for managers, policy changes - for DXB office.
• Overlooked joining and induction activities for full time and contract positions.

Achievements
• Organised and coordinated IBS’s first international airline customer forum held in The Address Marina, Dubai in October 2010. The event was a three day program with 70 attendees.
