1. Assist Operations Manager of Central and Eastern Region, KSA to operate and manage all Anan Iskan Camps / Compounds.
2. Formulate standards and guidelines related to operation of the Camps / Compounds.
3. Audit and inspection of all Camps/Compounds as per compliance with established standards.
4. Monitor and control all operating expenditures as per established operating budget.
5. Responsible for the submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports needed by Head Office.
6. Assist in handling and resolving high profile cases related to Operations with Clients.
1. Auditing/Inspecting all camps/accommodations for quality checks in line with established SOPs.
2. Documenting and archive owner of the QA & QC Knowledge base (SOPs, policies, presentation materials etc.).
3. Trainer for the implementation of SOPs and policies of the company particularly in Operations.
4. Audit of KPIs in line with QA & QC department directives.
5. Responsible for Pre-Operation Stage of all the newly camps and assuring quality service provided to the clients.
6. Assisting the Head of QA & QC and Head of BD/Strategic Planning in formulating business proposals for end clients.
7. Conducting fire and safety drills with the QA & QC team.
Over-all in-charge of the newly opened project with 540 room and 1, 620 occupants. Establish SOPs with regards to daily operations for housekeeping, safety and security, facility maintenance, recreational programs, accommodation listings. Establish and maintain Anan Iskan’s Accommodation Management System. Establish and implement Compound’s House Rules for the tenants and also for the employees of Anan Iskan as well. Prepares and monitor daily expenditures used during operation. Carry out inspection of accommodations, rooms, janitorial services, cleaning standards, housekeeping standards, food storage areas and dining halls. Monitor the camp premises and carry out preventive maintenance periodically to ensure that company’s health and safety policies are adhered, housekeeping standards are met to create a safe and healthy environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares and process all disbursements.
2. Handles all financial transactions entered by the company.
3. Prepares monthly accruals, depreciation and probation.
4. Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset Listing.
5. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
6. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
7. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
8. Records and maintain company's book of accounts for financial reporting.
9. Reconciles book of accounts, specially the Bank Accounts.
10.Prepares financial statement/reports; balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Responsibilities:
1. Performs administrative functions in regards to camp facilities and management.
2. Established and follows controls and procedures for all activities in the camp.
3. Manage the camp with 2, 800 population in different nationalities.
4. Handles food accounting and food hygiene/safety for workers and staffs.
5. Responsible for the camp's expenditures, budget control in terms of accommodation and maintenance. 6. Acts as Assistant Camp Boss and relieves the Camp Boss during his quarterly vacation to his home country.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing of Financial claims such as Disbursement Vouchers, Purchase Orders, Job Orders, Purchase Requests, and contracts entered by the Bureau.
2. Controls and monitors all payments made by the BAS Central Office including cash advances made by BAS Employees.
3. Ensures completeness and correctness of the financial claims and liquidations as per attachments submitted by the Claimant to the Accounting Department.
4. Performs clerical jobs and other duties instructed by the Chief Accountant.
1. Prepares Daily, Monthly and Yearly Inventory Analysis of Fresh Chilled Chicken Stocks Movement Report.
2. Controls and monitors accountable forms used in the operations.
3. Prepares Billing Summary Statement for revenue and collection purposes.
4. Helps in supervising operations from time to time.
