• Communicate consistently with buyers (Sportsman Cap Network - USA, Caps Direct - USA, Imperial Head wear - USA, Merge Left Inc. - USA, Preap Gear - USA & H2N - South Korea) and keep them updated about sample & production through E-mail.
• Take approval from buyer by sending photos of Embroidery, Print, Materials & other comments of pre-production by using AL See software.
• Maintain effective communications with both buyer and suppliers.
• Coordinate, monitor all orders and supplies.
• Take necessary steps to execute the sampling and production process.
• Book all raw materials.
• Conduct time to time meetings with buyer.
• Take proper steps to fix price and costing for the product and production process.
• Make sure the sourcing of all raw materials like yarn lab Dips and all necessary buttons, trims and accessories.
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics department for shipment and accounts department for all payments.
• Communicate consistently with buying agent and keep them updated about sample & production.
• Assist day-to-day Merchandising operations.
• Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets.
• Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
• Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery.
• Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
• Follow-up new developments and ensures that proper samples are submitted as per Buyers requirements.
• Advise supplier detail for Accessories to develop lab-dip and or counter sample. Confirm and approve lab dip.
• Communicating with local supplier for Accessories & Fabric.
• Used to keep track of all the orders right from its sampling stage till the final dispatch.
• Follow up the factory production to ensure on time shipment and compliance with the purchase order terms and conditions.
• The individual will be responsible for sampling, trims development/booking
• Candidates will have to communicate with buyers, work out prices, arrange samples, negotiate prices, finalize orders, book fabric/trims, ensure timely production & shipment
