4. Monitor, adhere to the operational budget, and correct deviations.
5. Managing AMC/CMCs for Air Conditioners, Telephones, EPBAX, Printers, Copiers, Projectors, Lifts, Elevators, Access Control Systems, Security Systems, Garden and Contractors and ensure regular preventive maintenance program.
6. Manage bio-medical engineering department.
7. Prepare & monitor capital purchase list.
8. Manage housekeeping.

10. Manage guest house and staff accommodations and hostels.
11. Manage pharmacy, store and inventory of assets.
12. Manage different outsourcing agencies.
13. Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules
14. Handling compliances with Government Offices viz. Shops & Establishment, Municipality, Water/Electricity Deptts., Traffic, Police, etc.

E. General Administration
1. To devise and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
2. To handle union & related issues, in accord with HR.
3. Irate mob handling.
4. To actively explore process and system improvements to minimize Energy, water & resource wastage in operations without adversely impacting any critical business objective
5. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
