DETAILED JOB PROFILE IS AS:
➢ Conducting preliminary round of Interview for new candidates with Business Managers and then further forwarding them for the Online Test and final Interview with detailed explanation about test and its structure.
➢ Handling all office expenses and sends its detailed report of expenses to our corporate office.
➢ Field persons monthly report like DCR Check, call average, Leave, Resignation and its settlement procedure etc and Arranging promotional materials for field persons.
➢ HO updated Communication forward to related field persons.
➢ To collect Stock Statement from stockiest on every month end with detail, further submitted to our regional office (Depot)
➢ All support to field staff like arranging taxi, train tickets for Doctors and to conduct Review Meeting, Launch, RTP Program, Induction program for New Candidates.
➢ All necessary guidelines to newly joined Management Trainee regarding DCR Entry, EAS System, Viewing Web flash and all field related materials.
➢ Also make arrangement of Campus Recruitment for HO HR Persons.
➢ Conducting Survey for appointing New Stockiest if required in any area.
➢ Providing TAT Report of each activity.
➢ Presently Handling Cipla Hubli Depot entire operation with a Team of 40 People (Billing/Dispatches/Claim Settlement/Direct Supplies/Field Services/Collection etc.)
• From 10 Dec 2012 to 26 March 2014 worked as Business Support Staff for Adecco Client Cipla Ltd, Bangalore
• From 1 June 2012 to 8 Dec 2012 worked as Business Support Staff for Adecco Client Cipla Ltd, Ludhiana
• From November 2006 to 31 May 2012 worked as Depot Coordinator or office In charge under C&F Rama Agency of Cipla Ltd, Ludhiana and handling the Team of 6 persons (for HR & recruitment process documentation, Petty Cash, Field Services, EAS arrangements and overall responsibility of Administrative work for Punjab State for marketing Colleagues)
