Analysis of Tender documents submitted by the contractors and feacibility reports.
Establish Audit Trials for all Financial aspects relating to Outsourcing Contracts with regard to the Public Health Departemnt, Al Ain Municipality.

Prepared the BOQ with the help of engineers and made the Contract and Contract Administration as per FIDIC. Budgetary control, Billing, Claims, Subcontracting, Hire or buy decisions, etc.,
