development of Kluber Specialty Lubrication Munchen Germany and Solutia HTFs - subsidiary of
Eastman Chemicals USA

• Independently developed Kluber business for the Industrial sector in the region of UAE, Oman,
Bahrain & Yemen, as part of the primary business objective.
• Extending technical knowhow to Customers and support to REDA offices in KSA, Kuwait & Qatar
related to Kluber business.
• Liaison with Kluber Munich for product promotion, pricing, market update and feedback, follow-ups and reviews.
• In parallel handling B2C sales of Eastman Solutia HTFs business and sales of Lutz Pumps.
• Increased sales over six times in more than seven years, except for the year 2009 when sales dipped but profits were sustained, currently reaching annual sales figure in excess of USD 2.9 million.
• Identifying sales opportunities, analyzing potentials and developing business relations with industrial
customers/prospects by managing a business unit sales team to achieve set goals and seek business
growth and profit maximization.
• Negotiating commercial and technical terms with customers, in view of and aim of nurturing a close and long term business relationship.
• Identifying trends and competitor activities in a proactive manner in line to realize Business
Development success.
• Inventory planning and orders monitoring.
