·To plan, organize, control and evaluate the operation of financial department of the firm.
·To develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures for the firm.
·To prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports of the firm’s business activities at monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
·To co-ordinate the financial planning and budget process, analyze and correct estimates
