Overseeing ESV creation in Aramco SAP, leading DILIP projects, and managing Baker SAP Ariba for invoice submissions. inventory management practices and compliance standards.

• System Operations: Utilizing Aramco SAP to streamline operations, ensuring precision in handling DRSS acceptance, dispatch, and
completion. Proficiently creating and finalizing ESV, I ensure seamless documentation of equipment servicing within SAP.
• Project Handling: Leading Aramco Drilling and Workover B2C initiatives, including projects like DILIP. Collaborating closely with
stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and superior customer satisfaction
creation new customer (Cash & Credit), reporting AR, Aging, AR
Trading. Generating reports (how many PR pending, how many PO release,
closing and open PO status, capital PO WIP Status, vendor master, outstanding
balance and aging reports), executing credit limit, follow up customer for payment etc.
• Performed thorough inventory checks pre- and post-task, compiled detailed reports on missing tools, and managed inventory meticulously to meet customer demand
• Handled defective product claims, maintained precise records of deliveries and shipments, and used advanced software for monitoring and documentation

Generating reports (customer master, customer outstanding report, due
date report, monthly collection Target / actual collection.
Sort out inventory issue if committed on work order or delivery
ticket. Making ENB reports on monthly basis for Accounts. Making
intercompany invoices, commercial invoices etc. Getting daily update from
billing coordinators to make sure invoices are complete in timely manner
etc.
Prepare Time Sheet / Invoice for completed Jobs.
Preparing Transfer order for different Branch Plants,
Follow up for PO & Payments with the Customer.
Update revenue sheet in server and provide monthly revenue sheet to
management.

Making ESV in Aramco SAP portal and follow up for payment with Aramco
and non-Aramco clients.
Making Arabic & English Tax invoices for Aramco & other customers. Perform
shipping and receiving of Assets & Inventory items. Maintaining Inventory /Assets in JDE accurately
Overseeing various aspects of dispatching functions on daily basis such as arrangement of vehicle, delivery of goods. Preparation of shipping documents like commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing list. Coordinate with external agencies like transporters, shipping line and internally with operations and QC department for timely dispatch of product. Daily managed and coordinated export / import shipments.
