Managing a portfolio, P&L, of diversified LSTKs Engineering and PMC Projects (in Oil and Gas industry with all associated infrastructure and building facilities). • Coaching and leading team to meet project objectives
• Monitor performance and adjust as required
• Monitor portfolio AR and Invoicing to attain positive cash flow

In addition to the Installation of new and/or modification of Power Substations in the Eastern Area with all associated infrastructure and building facilities. Key roles:
• Monitor the works and stakeholders to assure adherence to project objectives
• Track the progress of various stages of the project, evaluate deviations and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives
• Assess possible problems & hindrances that may delay the project and implement effective mitigation measures
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources to complete the project on time and within budgets
• Coordinate obtaining outages & shutdowns and work permits
• Participate and liaison with Contract Department for new tenders
