For a trading company, success relies on: Sales & Supply Chain; I took over sales (three branches), with more than 100 customers to serve, accepted a challenge to grow sales by 43% in one year with existing resources.
And I have succeeded without piling-up inventory!

Under my operations, company has achieved:
• in 9 years, Sales rose by almost 300% (SAR +46, 5mil)
• Fixed Cost dropped by - 17.3% (vs. earlier 3 years)
• Average Inventory dropped by - 47%!
• Seasonal offering made on shelve ahead of time by 30 days!
• Operating Profit jumped to +10% (-2% in 2009)
• All this achieved on EXISTING distribution channel.
I moved the company from financial crises to cross the ‘break-even’ point in less than two years. I created entire organizational charts and restructured its activities, this activities covered - and not limited to - the following : re-employment, set-up of HR and Marketing department, reforming of Accounts, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Logistics, Technical and Warehousing divisions; Set Sales Targets for Individuals and Branches, assign Expenditure Budgets for each year, Set Marketing Plans and design marketing tools with Marketing office, Analysis of demanding product lines, including cost calculation, retail prices and product visibility, expansion to International Market (open branch in Dubai).
- Organized and executed all arrangements needed in welcoming the Chairman of Unilever Group of companies (Lever Brothers).
- Participated in designing new office requirements and relocated the company head office (full operation) to its new location.
- Member of Y2K Committee.
- Designed and introduced ‘Flexible Working Hours’ system for the head office.
- Supervised moving of more than 30 Department Managers (Red Sea Move) and created HR Budget Costing for year 2000.
