• Monitor and maintain the server, computer systems OS and networks of an organization, VLAN .MS Outlook config. & troubleshoot. Remote assistance/Remote desktop.
• Install and configure network device, OS, diagnose h/d and s/w faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
• Daily Backup of important company data using ARECA Back-up.
• Antivirus /Kaspersky /Symantec install and update.
• Assisting client for Business Setup, trade license New/Renew, Immigrations, Ministry of Labor, Tas’heel, Dubai Court/Notary, ETC.
