Initially employed as Chief Accountant for the Main Branch at Deira - Dubai
Ultimately responsible for the accounts department and its staff. from December 1991 promoted to System Development Officer-Head Office . Answerable to the Chief Executive. Responsible of developing, testing and implementing of a new computerized system for the whole company. as soon as I completed the new system implementation with the required training for the staff ( January 1993 ), I promoted to Branch Manager.
As a Branch Manager I have the following responsibilities and duties :
Set up the target of business and recovery.
prepare the budget and Man power plan.
Manage the staff to achieve the targets.
Prepare staff appraisals and focus on their weakness and strength and decided the required training in order to improve their productivity and provide best service.
Credit & Financial analyzing and review the credit officer's report& proposals prepared by them and making decision

Initially employed as an auditor, after four years I promoted to Baranch Manager.
Responsible for preparing feasibility studies, reciewing financial statements and reports prepared by auditors.
signing engagement letters after estimating working time and fees.
Preparing accounts and financial controlling systems for customers.
Personally responsible for auditing large firms such as Abu Dhabi Compost Plant.
