Role and Duties:
• Providing direction and leadership to the Finance team of the group.
• Overseeing the financial and regulatory requirements related to the new contractual services and products.
• Provisioning of high quality financial information to the Board, sub committees, executives.
• Oversighting of treasury activity and management of funds and investments.
• Responsible for financial resources including capital management strategy.
• Driving and delivering a robust annual business plan process and agree budgets.
• Ensuring robust financial systems, controls and processes.
• Leading the corporate growth strategy from a financial perspective.
• Preparing consolidated annual report and accounts of the subsidiaries.
Achievements (individual & collective):
• Restructured the Group’s companies “organization chart for Head quarter and subsidiaries”
• Developed Group financial policies & procedures and reporting Matrix.
• Successfully had an agreement with APPLE as an Authorized reseller for All Apple products in KSA, UAE and Egypt.
• KSA branch has Been Ranked 2016 No. 2 distributor in the KSA as the turnover of iPhone sales reached SAR 250 Million.
• Developed a Van Sales Team with more than 50 vans covering all KSA regions.
• Expanded the retail business in 2016 with twelve shops in KSA regions for smart phones and electronics.
• Successfully finalized acquisitions of three companies “Merger & acquisition ‘through due diligence.
EGYCAMP Group is a leading organization Servicing Oil and Gas sector through the following companies:
1- EGYCAMP manufacturing of Camps (Caravans and Tanks) for Oil & Gas sector
2- Sinai for petroleum Services (manufacturing of Mud logging systems, Well test Packages, Coil tubing
3- Apetco Petroleum Services (Egypt & Libya)
4- International Petroleum Service (IPS) (trading company for Tools and Equipment)
Recruited to oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, general accounting, credit and collateral, procurement-related financial business cases, vendor proposal evaluations, and divisional finance. Managed financial aspects of corporate planning process for major ventures, and new services. Renewed focus on operating results leading to subsequent reductions in project costs by implementing new project accounting system, standard monthly reports, and project reviews.
