➢ Providing ongoing management, governance and control of all IT issues across the Group including planning, budgeting, deployment and supplier relations.

➢ Responsible for providing leadership, direction and supervision to the Managers of the SAP applications, Software development, Business Intelligence, and Testing Responsible for providing and managing digitalization strategy execution.
➢ Develop and enforce policies, procedures, duties and responsibilities in order to enhance credibility, security and confidentiality of accessing, viewing and dealing with sensitive data in accordance with international best practices, regulations and acceptable common standards like (CBAHI, HIPAA, HL7, ICD-10, ISO).
➢ To meet with the organizational growth and to adopt the emerging advanced systems, introduced world class technologies like, SAP ERP with the latest HANA database technology and infrastructural changes like, Apple & Dell advanced Infrastructure, Storage, Network & Security and Advanced energy efficient Modular Data center.
➢ Participating in organizational board member meeting for all major strategic move and decisions of the group.
➢ Participate in defining and securing agreements with vendors, which provide the best terms, conditions, and quality so that the organization gets best value for investment.

➢ Ensure development of business continuity plans including the provision of disaster recovery facilities and define and oversee the implementation and testing of the efficacy of disaster recovery procedures with respect to IT systems so that the IT systems can be reinstated in a timely and integral manner in the event of a disaster.

➢ Managing, Implementing and Supporting of ٍِERP & Hospital Management System (HMS)(HIS), which contains various modules: (Medical Records (EMR), In & Out Patient cycle (CMS), Laboratory (LMS), Radiology Management system (RMS), Warehouse & Procurement (SCM), Financial & Controlling, Human Capital Management and Retails system (POS) etc.)
➢ Directly Managing the IT Education department to give awareness to all employees about the IT infrastructure and business solutions usage and improvements in the organization.
➢ Providing leadership in full software development/implementation lifecycle.
➢ Scope of the role includes core infrastructure, network, security and technology component such as different types of server environment (Windows, Apple, Citrix, VMWARE, etc), Storage, backup, Database (Oracle, MySql & MS SQL), middle wares (Web Apps, SharePoint), routing, switching, Gateway Firewalls, connectivity, LAN/ WAN, wireless, CCTV, voice/ video and PBX communication solutions.
