resolve the matters of Customers.

Transshipment issues of customers by dealing with Pod, T/s Port’s in order to provide the earlier connection & providing accurate details.

Dealing with Trade Desks, in order to get the approval of Change of Destination (COD), Re Export, etc

Customers, in order to get the overdue container’s cleared at POD.

Issuing Legal Notice to Shipper for the overdue container’s which are uncleared at POD on the specific time.

PSE / DSO Units - Coordinating with Customer’s, Operation’s & Sales in order to get back the PSE / DSO units back in our custody.

Vessel Follow up - Coordinating with customers to plan the vessel.

Vessel CBF - Coordinating with Central Planner for vessel planning.
Ensuring Proper Flow of Information on time with proper co ordination, for smooth working.

Additional Responsibilities:

Sales Back Up :

Quoting rates to customer via mail & phone

Getting rates by coordinating with respective trade desk / pricing.

Arranging customers requirement like special rates, free days, etc.

Filling rates & free days in system / pricing software.

Additional space arrangements by coordinating with Capacity Manager.

Doing market research, equipment projection, etc.

Preparing weekly & monthly reports.
