Learning & Organization Development :
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to "Health & Safety" ensuring that it is the top priority of the Learning & Development in Lafarge
• Identify, analyze and work on the development of all the training needs in the Business Unit (HO & Plant)

• Design, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning and E-Learning.

• Researches and recommends a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs.
