SITE ENGINEER AND PROJECT COORDINATOR Roles and responsibilities Hands of experience in CLEAN FUEL PROJECT in both running refinery(Brownfield ) and ongoing refinery(Greenfield), in installation and execution of packaged substation P&I Diagram reading, analyzing System Architecture, design documentation, for process safety applications. Execution, Inspecting, Testing, Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities of all electrical equipment’s such as HV & LV switchgear, control & relay panel, Transformer, Distribution boards, as per project requirements in power plants and Substations (Packaged & Elevated)in oil sectors and Refineries. Clarifying project requirement to client and clearing punch points related with project specification to End Client and Contractor thru modification and justification Coordinating with Quality Engineer, Engineering dept Testing engineers, commissioning Inspection of control for all Electrical equipment’s relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station, power plant, and process plant from 415 volts to 132 kV System. Documentation Monitoring of productive progress and maintaining the daily progress report (DPR) of the same Installation and commissioning activities of all Electrical equipments such as Switchgears in HV & LV, Transformers , NER, field Equipments Coordination with Testing engineers for all Electrical equipment from 415 volts to 11 KV System. Interface engineering between client and other Engineering Contractor. HV Circuit Breaker & Disconnect Switches. Complete with Aluminum Bus bars Installation. Substation shielding & Grounding systems. Inspection Installation of Bus Duct Bank & Cable Trenches. Construction/Installation of above equipment were supervised & site activities. Involved the Preparation of Reports, Logging & register to QA/QC plan and Noncompliance Reports. Carrying out survey for installation of 11kV , 6.6kV, 3.3kV, 440V Distribution panels systems. Estimation for distribution system for tendering purposes. Preparation of tender documents for foundation, pole erection and stringing. Preparation of material inventory. Compiling of design standards. Coordination with company representatives. Regarding planning & Design review. Routine inspection for the Electrical work activities and Inspection of in coming Client materials. To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives.
Operation and Maintenance Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer Roles and responsibilities Troubleshooting and maintenance of following electrical equipments HT/LT Switchgears with Protection System using Relays and Provision for DCS Interlocking. (C&S ELECTRIC, ABB) Maintenance of UPS, battery chargers and battery bank. Operating and Maintenance of r, 6.6kv/440 Auxiliary transformer(C.G& 415V ACB rating of 4000 Amps
Operation and Maintenance of Switch gear H.T 6.6kv VCB (MAKE:ABB) Control system and field motors Testing both H.T&L.T UPTO 1000KW. Monitoring and controlling the 24V control Panel &Relay Panel. Involved in Fault finding and relay resetting. Monitoring and Correcting the Power factor. Service and Maintenance of up to 55KW submersible pumps. Maintenance of MCC &PCC panels(MAKE: Siemens) Maintenance of Lighting system of Sodium &Mercury Vapour lamps etc., Servicing of Motors and Associated Components &motor Operated valve. Electrical And Instrumentation Qa/Qc Inspector And Technical Asst Roles and responsibilities Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, Commissioning etc. To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations. To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries. To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives. To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers. Prepare method statements and ITPs in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and Project engineers. Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc. Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements. Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non conformance reports and verification of corrective actions. Ensure that all works are carried out as per (SEAS) the approved method statements and drawings. Ensure that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates. Assist the QA/QC senior engineers in preparation of the final handing over documents such as HO&M documents, testing and commissioning reports etc. Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with Vendors, QA/QC engineers and project engineers. Routine inspection for the Electrical work activities and Inspection of incoming Client materials. Supervision of Electrical / Instrument Equipment installations & Erection activities. Installation of control circuits and Electrical operational systems. Installation of cable trays and conduits for lay out of power and control cables for EOT Cranes. Inspection installation of HV/LV Cables & Cable Testing such as (Continuity Test & Insulation Resistance Test). Inspection, Testing and Commissioning and maintenance team for MCC room, HT & LT switchgears, Battery charger, Ups, conveyors system, Stacker cum Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler, Paddle Feeder & Travelling Tripper.
Roles and responsibilities QA/QC documentation and review Contractor electrical procedures. Supervise and Monitor Installation of transformers, cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel, all electrical equipment and Grounding system, etc. Perform routine inspection and document result in accordance with approved CPI procedures. Monitor activities of supervision contractor and construction Contractors. Witness and verify Continuity, Merger, HI-POT and Component testing for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage equipment. Monitor Quality control on manufacturing progress activities. Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to precommissioning and commissioning. Issued punch listing and close out report for outstanding works. Review Tested documentation, witness and accept all required Testing for CPI (Client) Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements
