Managing the delinquent parts Project Recovery at the Supplier’s Plant, working directly with on floor
supervisors and top Management from both sides, reporting to Supply Chain Director and Operations
Director.
* Audit supplier’s Procurement operation process in the plant, examine whether the objectives are understood
and reflected in their Management activities to meet with our requirements
* Created and executed (Requests for Information) FRI’s, (Request for Proposal) RFP’s

* Monitor procurement and production process and suggest new processes to accelerate and increase production
lines efficiencies, including issuing of PO’s, push out or pull in per need and issuing quotes.
* Managing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that was in place and managing any Master Agreements between
the suppliers and the company.
* Navigate and expedite the production and inspection of the parts at the supplier and ensure that sufficient
information is being reported back to Bombardier.
* Handle Engineering requests for non-conformance reports, investigate the reason and provide reports.
* Accelerate pending correspondences between the third party and Bombardier and expedite the response time.
* Report daily to all business unites with information regarding their parts status & expected delivery dates
* Prepare weekly report on audit findings in the Purchasing and Production process to Senior Management;
recommend changes in operation to improve delivery timelines.
* Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it
* Review Inventories and order as required. Cutting on cost and maintaining budget.
* Buyer and Material planner using SAP, and per the SAE program, I managed to maintain great performance
on my KPI’s by always passing my target for the late PO’s and shortages.
