Senior RF planner and optimizer
Arranging and assisting technical teams for Analyzing site acquisition reports and issuing FSRs (Final Survey Report) and planning BCCH frequencies, BSIC, HSN, LAC, Cell neighbors, . by Asset Enterprise software. Tuning system parameters and suggesting effective features to keep network services in high quality and acceptable performance by using TEMS for analyzing log files and Mapinfo for some special cases. Using Report builder and spots for getting KPIs in order to analyzing system performance and improve quality of service.

• Project manager of Expansion and Rehomming of 18 BSCs in Tehran.This project was successful and very satisfying.
• Improving KPIs for one region in Tehran (7 Nokia and 6 Ericsson BSCs and more than 400 Macro and Micro BTSs) and maintaining the performance in target KPIs.
• Investigate and revising more than 200 TSSR for BTS sites and FSR (Final Survey Report) issuing in Tehran and provinces for 900Mhz band and 350 FSR for 1800Mhz band (Dual sites)
• Issuing more than 400 BTS sites datasheet. (BCCH planning, neighboring, BSIC planning, LAC, CI, )
• Expert in using Asset software for cell planning. Power user of Asset in planning department.
• Study on GSM 2+ features and test them on test bed and live network.

Managing technical teams to maintaining the sites information and update them it in Asset database bank. Finding suitable way to change systems database (Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens) and import to Asset database bank in order to update all information of field and Asset.
• Project manager for gathering BTS sites field information by SPAA05 (Satellite Positioning Alignment) and import them into Asset.
• Finding and defining rules of using Asset for planners to maintaining database update.
• Finding mismatches of field and Asset database and inform the right department for removing or changing.

Managing technical teams for Investigate the BTS and BSC installation quality (Q.A) and issuing Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) for on-air sites.
