1. Studying the vehicle parts in order through Technical and Cost pre-studies.
2. Responsible of Technical studies.
3. Sharing in local parts cost studies and required investment studies localization scheduling and cost studies \[new projects, price analysis of the specified local contents / imported items of the car, Net Present Value Calculation, ..\].
4. Approving and Follow up Executing of the Localization Project schedules of candidate parts and N-PES.
5. Planning of localization activities for long term (3 years) and short term (1year)
6. Preparing the Department Budget Plan with related functions. \[short/long term\].
7. Share new/current supplier evaluations / auditing with Quality Dept following Nissan Evaluation Systems \[ASES, ASAS-P, Quality auditing systems, ..\]
8. Supervise supplier Improving activities as a result of evaluations.
9. Ensure Department performance by supervising my sections’ tasks executions, ensure homogeneity and synchronization in department or with other departments.
1. Preparing the feasibility study of new projects, price analysis of the specified local contents / imported items of the car, suppliers' technical evaluation, selection, contracting, development and yearly promotion.
2. Selecting suppliers according to business History, site visiting and Nissan Evaluation Standard
3. Preparing the Localization Schedules \[the N-PES (Nissan Project Establishing Schedule), Project master schedules, P-PEC\] of candidate Localized part-the final schedule approved from supplier and Nissan-.
4. Improving the manufacturer production and quality concepts in order to achieve our requirements according to quality-cost applied methods.
5. Improving the manufacturer production and quality tools (Man power, Materials, Manufacturing processes, ..).
6. Negotiating Prices with candidate suppliers and finalizing contract issues.
1. Studying the vehicle parts technically in order to be manufactured by local manufacturers.
2. Modifying the vehicle parts using computer aided design (AutoCAD) if necessary.
3. Determine the suitable manufacturer for manufacturing the vehicle part.
4. Improving the manufacturer production and quality concepts in order to achieve our requirements according to quality-cost applied methods.
5. Improving the manufacturer production and quality tools (Manpower, Materials, Manufacturing processes, ..) in order to achieve our requirements.
6. Following up vehicle parts delivered by the manufacturer to insure that they are achieving the production specifications.
7. Providing Parts / Materials financial documents (Bills, Custom Clearance Documents, …) to the Financial Dept..
1. Planning of all the Foreign and Local Parts and Materials Delivery Schedules.
2. Assist in scheduling the Production plans.
3. Issuing all the Foreign and Local Parts Orders.
4. Issuing all the Foreign and Local material Orders.
5. Following up the suppliers to submit the orders in time.
6. Receiving the parts and materials from suppliers.
7. Insuring that received parts are achieving the production specifications.
8. Providing Parts / Materials financial documents (Bills, Custom Clearance Documents, …) to the Financial Dept..
