Currently I am the Senior IT Executive at Tectutive (Pvt) Limited which is responsible for providing customized web, mobile and business solutions to the likes of EMS (Dubai), Wiko Worldwide, Higher Education Commission Pakistan, Colgate Palmolive etc. Core responsibilities involves handling the floor staff and IT related issues, troubleshooting and diagnosis of system related queries, supervising IT staff to maintain service level, and managing Asterisk PABX server.In addition, I provide guidance and resolve administrative issues vital for business operations and facilities.
My core responsibilities involved maintaining superior quality service necessary for the operation of a dedicated call center setup including but not limited to network troubleshooting, administrative oversight, technical crisis handling, maintain servers and necessary software. In addition, I was responsible for providing and analysing important statistical date which aided business decisions.
Being the first last line of defence for all IT related matters, I was responsible to manage the entire floor’s technical requirements and process while at the same time, maintain superior quality voice control and integral analysis on the business operations for better decision making by relevant authorities.
I was responsible to overlook and execute daily wireless device installation and provide troubleshooting capabilities to both business and consumer clients across the region. The job requirements were both on site and off site which developed soft skills as well as administrative communication skills which I value.
