Responsible for effectively balancing the businesses needs with its IT capability; constantly reviewing processes and identifying way to improve efficiency & service, and proactively managing all areas of Technology within the company.
• Effectively planning and executing all IT related projects.
• Ensuring all IT systems, infrastructures, server, networks and securities are running to an efficient level.
• Delegating work to and supervising the activities of junior IT staff and vendors

Manage the existing systems and modernize to new systems and technologies. As part of technology modernization implemented in-house hosted messaging system, CRM, Time attendance and IP telephony.
• Identify cost-effective technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensuring that all IT changes are managed so that they minimize downtime and risk of any inconvenience.
• Developing and maintaining the infrastructure and IT systems.
• Negotiating IT service contracts with partners and suppliers.
Responsible for effective provisioning of servers, install, configure, and maintenance. Participate in technical research and development to enable continual innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, application software run at optimal levels
• Systems managed were Active Directory, Exchange, MS SQL, Internet Proxy, Time attendance and Access Control, EPBAX system,
• Application configuration and trouble shooting of MS Great Plains and In house database apps,
• Provide support for Pro-metric centre, Cross Domain exchange over VPN at branches
Responsible of maintaining annual maintain contracts for clients, managing servers, networks, setup, configure exchange, file and print servers,
• Administer server upgrades and software installation
• Implement security policy and virus protection.
• Participate in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations and patch management.
• Oversee maintenance of other office equipment, fax machines, copiers, and mailing machines.
• Broaden skills and knowledge of new employees by providing effectual training and supervision.
• Take Class on Novell NetWare, Windows Server and Network Technologies.
• Installation of Windows NT, Windows 2000 Server, Unix and Linux OS.
• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Network Printers and Network Print servers.
• Configuration of DHCP Servers to issue IP addresses to Client systems.
• Configuration of Windows Routing and Remote Access RAS on test systems.
• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of MS Office Applications
• Perform Hardware upgrades (Memory, Processor and Hard Disks)
• Provide LAN and Desktop Support for local and remote users for resolving network, hardware & software problems
Knowledge of computer and programming logic environment in IT. Knowledge of advanced IT applications in different business sectors. To equip with the technical knowledge required for an IT professional to handle multi-tasking and multi-programming situations and to assess and develop computer based solutions.
