• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• To work for an organization to promote customer care.
• To work for an organization to help customers to resolve their queries.
• To give appropriate and relevant information to the customers
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Reports directly to Managing Director.
• Develop customer database and maintain contacts with prospective customers through emails, telephone.
• Perform other duties as requested by Management.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

 Liaising with external institutions such as banks, customers, company lawyers on matters such as balance conformation, representations, etc.
 Communicating with client’s senior staff on accounts related issues.
 Assisting the junior team members by reviewing their work and providing feedback.
 Reporting directly to the C.A regarding audit related issues.
 Preparation of Final Accounts, (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account/Income Statement).
 Handling the Cash & Bank transactions.
 Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Statement.
 Providing management information & Preparation of other Monthly reports
