- Main duties and responsibilities:

-Supervising and coaching the overseas operation team.
-Drafting, preparing and reviewing the agreement contracts with recruitment agencies, negotiating the recruitment fees and discussing the terms & conditions.
-Handling and responsible of all recruitment agencies, searching & short listing and selecting any new recruitment agency.
-Arranging and Preparing all the international recruitment trips.
-Following up with operation team the recruitment status report for all approved candidates until the joining date.
-Assisting HR strategies by implement and monitor recruitment KPI'S based on the balanced scorecard and submit quarterly

-Assisting compensation & benefits to revise the salary scale of corporate employees and compare it with market.

-Coordinate with Overseas recruiting agencies 7 provide them by required documentations to finalize the employment
Procedures for international employees.
-Ensure completion of the new hiring files.

-Recruitment & Selection:
