- Responsible for all Human resources functions: recruiting, training, manpower planning, performance management, labor relations, career development, compensations and benefits.
- Follow-up monthly payroll logistics, review end of service reconciliations, and ensure bank transactions process is executed efficiently.
- Support other departments inside the organization concerning recruiting, orientation, performance appraisal, promotions, labor law, career path and other HR Activities
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, test and select applicants.
- Identify training needs for each department, monitor success of training programs and keep follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, employees’ duties and responsibilities, employees’ opportunities, working conditions, opportunities for promotion and employees benefits.
- Maintain HR monthly report analysis for training, recruitment, personnel and payroll.
- Make monthly goals follow up meeting for all departments to keep tracking company goals, and achievements. Analyze achieved goals with directors to find suggested action plans.
- Prepare budget of human resources operations, new head count budget, recruitment budget, training budget, payroll and personnel budget.
- Support organization development activities, updated Org. Chart, career path and job descriptions according to policy
- Follow up benefits programs such as life and health insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employees’ attendance.
- Maintain salary structures, grading and leveling model through Job evaluation, apply salary increase process and administering company’s benefits for all employees.
- Provide HR Policy guidance, interpretation and launching it across the company, enhance delivering information from upward to downward and vice versa align with company goals, strategies and objectives.

- Follow vacation balance system to control employees' limits as per labor law.


- Receive requests from clients, formulates job descriptions in coordination with senior management, screen candidates’ applications for job vacancies, profile candidates against needs and skills to conducts interviews and continue HR selecting process.
- Prepare job offers, participate in conducting new employee orientation, interprets company policy to employees, and enhance safety regulations.
