Worked with A-brands on their in house monthly event, Secret Brunch. Started as part time since February, then starting May 11th full time office work. Including venue sourcing, event operation, book keeping, and budget management.
Responsibilities:
• Planning meetings with different venues
• Sourcing of different performers and entertainment acts that fit the budget
• Event Day responsibilities such as: ensuring performers are on stage on time and overall
management of event
Engaged with clients to ensure smooth running of the events. Promoted events on Facebook and
twitter, in order to compile guest lists and table bookings. Finally, effectively managed
administrative elements of the events.

on the My Music X event, joined logistics team in order to set up cars and drivers to pick
up and drop off artists from airport hotel and venue. Improved the website by managing HTML
content as well as website content that was relevant. Finally also helped with stage set up as well
