Working as project engineer for Dar Al Bayan who is developing the Jeddah Heights project worth 2.6 billion SAR. Project is of developing 413 towers G+6F for Ministry of Housing.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and guiding around 52 different contracting companies responsible for construction of 413 towers as a turnkey.
Responsible for coordination of drawings, quantities between Designer, Consultant and subcontractors for systems like Electrical systems, various ICT and Low current systems from first fix, installation and Testing and Commissioning.
Responsible for ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved shop drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Responsible for checking plans, drawings, quantities and BOQs for the accuracy of various calculations like earned value.
Responsible for supervising and conducting inspections of various systems like Data systems, various ICT and Low current systems from first fix, installation and Testing and Commissioning.
Responsible for approving Request for Inspections, Material Inspection Requests submitted by contractor for each systems.
Responsible for ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved
shop drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards
whether local, national or international standards.
Monitoring the progress at site for all activities and updating the schedule.
Responsible for making weekly reports, monthly progress reports, S-curves, AutoCAD
progress plans for the client and management.
Responsible for checking plans, drawings, quantities and BOQs for the accuracy of
various calculations like earned value.
Follow with the team to ensure progress is with schedule.
Installed Information kiosks for Saudi airlines across Saudi Arabia on all airports and major commercial areas and lead the team in installation, configuration and testing and commissioning.
Responsible for coordinating with IBM (Manufacturer) & Wipro (Network support for Saudia) for the fulfillment of project.
Responsible for ensuring the operation of kiosks 24*7 and providing technical support.
Responsible for Site inspection and Site preparation as required for the Project.
As a team member of Information Communication Technology Team, responsible for various ICT platforms like Security and Safety Systems, wired & wireless networking systems, voice communications, Datacenters etc for the KAIA project.
Responsible for maintaining the rig operations and data transmission between ARAMCO wells and petrolink data center.
Responsible for setting up and implement infrastructure at the Rigs to implement the data transmission from rig to the petrolink datacenter.
Configuration, Installation, testing and commissioning of Rig equipments like RigDaq, MudDaq, Gas sensors etc.
Responsible for providing the technical support to the ICT infrastructure.
Troubleshooting issues that comes frequent by using petrolink own products like WITSML workbench, Powerswitch, Powercollect, WHS etc.
Responsible for designing and implementation of small-medium business solutions.
Design network topology for the clients in VISIO.
Design networking solution based on CISCO and other networking active components including LAN, WAN and IP Telephony etc.
Installation of Cisco Call Manager, CISCO UC 500, and switches & Routers.
Integration of voice architecture with other products skystone, etc..
Project management including supervising cabling team, subcontractor team and reporting
Provide technical support / services and consultancy services to clients on infrastructure.
