Working in Financial Operations under Finance division with following key responsibilities:
• Supervise region and working with commercial to bridge the operations from front end to the back office for clean financial reporting.
• Responsible for Regional Reporting to CHQ
• Responsible for monitoring of all financial activities in front end financial system of the region
• Ensure timely realization of funds through reconciling banks.
• Ensure compliance of the agreement b/w franchisee through conducting Franchise audits
• Analyze financial activities to minimize financial exposure and identify risk areas of leakage of revenue
• Responsible for testing the new modules of the financial system and send the request for the resolution as per financial requirements.
• Coordinate with commercial team for the timely resolution of operational issues of different sales channels
• Development of Applications/ Procedures for Monitoring of Financial Activities
• Ensure control of trading inventory at S&SC, BDC and Segment through periodic Audits

• Responsible for availability of funds through timely processing of refinancing on exports documents
• Interaction with banks and other financial institution regarding leasing loans and other financial matters.
• Involve in preparation of cash flow statements
• Responsible for timely disbursements of payments to trade creditors
• Responsible for recovery of payments from trade debtors through weekly aging reports to directors
• Responsible for the supervision of accounting cycle of weaving and spinning units as cost centers of the business.
• Responsible for maintaining complete accounting cycle up to financial statement on different accounting software to develop concept of branch accounting for head office of different cost centers and also involve in the consolidation of company books of account.
• Maintained new Project Financing at Nooriabad for the construction of Spinning & Weaving Mills. Pre scanning of Loan applications.
A local Printing & Packaging press having annual turn over of approx. 120 million Pak rupees.

• Responsible for preparation & filing of sales tax, income tax returns and other tax matters regarding clients, suppliers and imports.
• Involve in preparing weekly cash flow statement
• Reconciliation of accounts and banks.
• Preparation of Payroll.
• Interaction with banks and other financial institution regarding leasing loans and other financial matters.
• Maintained Computer Based Accounts up to trial balance and involve in stock valuation and preparation of final accounts.
Completed Masters in 2013 during Job in Telenor as I have discontinued Cost Management in 2000 and started working due to family responsibilities
