Identifying potential customers and generating new leads for GFI
Software daily through sales CRM, Salesforce.
Working independently on lead generation campaigns for the entire GCC
and LEVANT region.
Qualifying end users to potential leads by providing technical support to
their inquiries and carrying out constant follow ups.
Assisting the Business Development Managers to achieve their sales
targets by providing qualified leads.
Preparing Quotes and closing GFI renewal sales.
Responsible for generating lead report submitted to the channel manager
weekly.
Working with the marketing department to organize GFI Partner
Conferences and Roadshows for channel partners all over the Middle
East, Levant Region and Pakistan.
Coordinating with the GFI head office and reporting of new businesses
and renewals.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys for the whole region.
Maintaining a close relationship with both customers and resellers.
Intern in planning and co-ordination department at PPL.
The key responsibilities were
to make a monthly progress report that contained details of all the projects from all departments
to keep track of all on going projects and making sure they are meeting the deadlines
coordinating between all the departments and helping in the flow of information
assisting the head of department in the meetings and providing the required data, facts and figures
Bachelors In Engineering,Electronics with a 3.7 GPA from NED University of Engineering and Technology,one of the pioneer and most recognized institute of Pakistan. 5 Weeks Internship at Pakistan Petroleum Limited in 2008. Also awarded scholarship by S.S.C board of education for being amongst the top 100 students on the basis of merit.
