• Work as part of team responsible for managing engagement activities related to stc loyalty programs (qitaf and Tamayouz)
• Coordinate loyalty monthly campaigns calendar with internal and external stockholders
• Manage and update both loyalty programs touch points (website, mystc app and 900)
• Identify opportunities to increase customers loyalty by developing and implementing new
engagement strategies to reach the yearly target
• Provide recommendation and insights to loyalty programs owners based on customers
behavior
• Respond to inquiries/requests from internal and external stockholders that related to both
