Interviewing telephonically, through skype and face to face.
• Issuing visa to new selections.
• Recruitment of workers in the construction division.
• Maintaining complete detail of the staff including salary, designation and other professional information.
• Organizing soft training programs and arranging certificates.
• Preparing Weekly and monthly Management report.
• All business correspondence, e.g., preparing memo, NOCs, etc, .
• Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Probation Confirmation, etc, .
• Coordination with PRO regarding Emirate IDs, Labour Cards, Hamriya Cards, etc, .
• Arranging passport and visa renewal information to the PRO.
• Managing Bank Account opening process for new joinees.
• Maintaining Files that contain professional information of the staff, e.g., their passport copy, visa copy, professional certificates, e.t.c, .
• Providing all Logistic Solutions and support to the Manager up to management level.
• Providing full coordination to the Logistic staff to carry out every day tasks for the lay down process.
• Key planning to allocate responsibilities and determining the vehicle offloading schedule on everyday basis.
• Attending weekly meeting with the director and construction managers mostly Europeans to explain the planned schedule, work process, etc., and discussing the problems and issues being faced and also communicating the alternative to remove backlog.
• Providing full support to new joiners in Logistic by training them in Word and Excel.
• Regularly checking the pending vehicles lists and providing support in preparing the same
• Providing support in preparing the Delivery Schedule for the next day vehicles.
• Giving full support in organizational development initiative by giving ideas and opinions to the welfare through contributing articles in the company’s quarterly newsletter.
• Preparing monthly incentive for the Logistic workers based on their performance and designation
• Looking after all administrative responsibilities for Logistic department, e.g., maintaining applications, arranging PPEs (Personal Protection Equipments), sending in mails, tool clearance arrangement, etc.
• Coordinating with the Construction Managers for the requested material delivery in the designated areas.
• Preparing Management Report of all the vehicles arrived and offloaded including the Invoice No., Invoice date, arrival date, offloading date, etc, to help management in finding the actual time taken in offloading.
• Preparing Material Request Forms (MRFs) online on company’s internal software.
• Following up the Material Department for the Delivery of the material.
• Performance evaluation of subordinates on weekly and monthly basis
• Approving the bills of expenses for the subordinates during the advertising of the project.
• Assigning Responsibility for the new employees matching their skills.
• Provided strategies to sell a very difficult Project and finally accomplished the assignment of selling it successfully.
• Meeting with site visiting customers.
• Contacting Ad Agencies for advertisement of the project.
• Built good relations with the investors and all ‘furnishing material companies’ to sell space in “Crown Interior Mall”, the then first specialty mall in Delhi.
