• Lot E3 project (SAR 250 Million) consisting of 305 apartments in 3 towers with common podium retail space and basement car parking in King Abdullah Road, Jeddah, KSA
• Lot E5 project (SAR 334 Million) consisting of 308 apartments in 3 towers with common podium retail space and basement car parking in King Abdullah Road, Jeddah, KSA
