I have completed my MSc in international business. Some of the main modules were Corporate social responsibilty, Global economics, Effective manager, International Trade. etc.. My dissertation was on Human Resource and my topic was "An analysis of challenges and barriers of managerial turnover and retaining managerial employees in the carbonated soft drink industry in Sri Lanka"
I completed my degree in Business Administration BA(hons) with second class honors. My dissertation topic was on " A study of relationship between expatriate leadership styles and employee job satisfaction" I got a first class for my dissertation.
