The compound has also a large garage covering the entire housing unit so that it serves all residents in the units.The compound has a 5-star hotel offering all services to a high level of hotel service and a commercial areas with shops. Mod Firm is the architectural and electromenanical designer, Halal consultant is the structural designer.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of managing and supervising the project’s matters onsite. • Studies contract documents to become thoroughly acquainted with exact requirements and specifications • Monitoring Contractor's execution of the project works in accordance with the contract specifications. • Attendance of the progress meetings with project management and owner representatives to discuss contractor progress. • Managing a construction supervision team to carry out the duties required of them pursuant to their scope of work in order to maintain the required quality of works by contractor are in accordance with the specifications • Issuing Job Site and Non compliance Instructions. • Checking payment monthly Interim. • Issue final snag lists to contractors. • Hand over the executed works to the owner
