• Receive the Cost Sheet (Contract), Bill of Quantity & the Specification.
• Start Studying Different Categories.
• Set my Procurement Plan for the Project, Including Dates of Submittal Submission & Delivery Dates according to our Meeting with the Project Department to comply with the Project Schedule.
• Contact with Suppliers to get the Best Technical & Commercial Offers Accomplished with the Contract & Specification
• Revise all Offers (Technical & Commercial).
• Choose the Best Technically Offer & Start to Finalize the Best Discount with the Supplier.
• Submit the Technical Submittal for the Consultant for Approval.
• Once I Receive the Final Approval I ask the Project Department for the Purchasing Requisition.
• I Issue the Purchasing Order using the SAP, APICS, Oracle or by using Manual Form (Sheet Excel)
• I start to follow up the Order Progress until the Delivery of the Materials to the Site.
• I ask for the Inspection Report from the Stores & Projects Departments to get Sure that the Materials Received in Good Condition & Complete.
• I start to finalize the Financial Invoices for the Different Suppliers & Contractors based on the Inspection Report & Material Delivery Report by the Stores
Maintenance & Operating Engineering for the Following Mechanical Machines in the Filter Station at the Melt Shop.
• Air Compressors.
• Exhaust Fans.
• Air Filters along the Exhausting Line from the Iron Furnace to the Filter Station.
• Air Dryer.
• Air Actuators.
• Dust Collector Machine.
• Air Ducts Connecting the Furnace to the Filter Station.
