The main responsibility of the role is to assist the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales team & the Marketing team whilst liaising with the different departments to facilitate the work.
 Environment is fast paced, dealing with high worth trade, corporate, government & individuals. The service level is extremely high and the role is both support and frontline.
 Arrange Interviews for positions handled in the commercial department. ( Sales, Marketing & Distribution)
 Maintain, file and update of employees’ records with Oracle HRMS.
 Maintaining and updating records and producing statistics on request for sickness and other absence.
 Assisting in general HR administrative tasks
 Maintain and update reimbursement statements
 Handle invoicing and maintaining a billing schedule
 Provide administrative support to Human Resource Department in all HR functions
 Update Time sheet for each staff in the department and submit to HR on monthly basis.
 Handling Staff travel in Commercial Department by arranging tickets and hotel accommodation along with preparation of Per Diems while on business travel.
 Requisition of Staff Business cards for Kuwait and Outstation Commercial staff.
 Requisition of Staff Uniforms for Kuwait and Outstation Commercial Staff.
 Responsible for the stock requisitions on Oracle Application for the commercial department, including letter heads, envelopes, uniforms and give away items.
 Responsible for Event management - Arranging of venue and ensuring all arrangements done for presentation, seminars and press meets.
 Handle the Government Projects letters (GP) and deal out with related communications.
 Assist the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, in preparing the meeting’s agenda and taking the minutes.
 Collect and file all the internal and external circulars, statistics, flights monitoring, uplifts and other technical reports.
 Collect the Sales Reports & Other Airlines Market Practice from the Corporate and Trade account Manager on weekly and monthly basis. Arrange proper filing and keep the data up to date for management use.
 Support in arranging data, documents and all material needed for events, presentations and workshops.
 Help out in preparing presentations when needed.
 Update the market information by sending emails to the local trade.
 Handle rebates quota after consulting same with the Key Account Managers.
 Support the Trade and Corporate accounts while the sales team is on the field
 Help in preparing letters of appreciation to the Trade and Corporate Accounts when achieving good results, on monthly basis, after consulting same with the key account managers, and send letters to encourage weak performance.
 Assist in handling professional communications with the agents, such as reply to letters and complaints related to Commercial issue, write letters regarding various discrepancies committed by the agents, renewal and discontinuation of deals given to the corporate accounts, etc. after consulting same the assigned key corporate & trade account managers.
 Contribute with local inputs and articles gathered from the sales team, handover same to the marketing department to insert it in the company News Letter Flyer.
 Mainly responsible for the Administration of the Commercial department including the Paper works, files, stationary requisitions, Stock Requisitions, Maintenance of the office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT

 Liaison with G.H.A. for a quick processing of hotel and transfer

 Needs to work in a shift pattern and must maintain friendly relationship with other colleagues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN AIRPORT COORDINATOR
 Assisting Airport Services Manager in his correspondences with the Head Quarter and liaising with the Town Office in Kuwait.
