Scope/Description:
Flow lines maintenances includes installation of new flow lines (6” & 4” TK 236 Pipes, Trunk lines) replacing of well drops (Live crude to Main Gathering Centre’s).
Installation of Commingle points, well shutdown, partial re-routing, preparing temporary production headers while sub centre’s may be in renovations etc.
Installation of valves drain spool and replacement of Gas lines (sand phase).
Commissioning of new sub centre’s (Gathering Centre’s) erection of Manifolds, Separator’s, drop lines, Travel piece etc.
Major shutdowns like up gradation in Sub centres, Maintenances, satellite manifold upgradation, trunk line rerouting etc.
Project : Construction, completion and maintenance of a remote monitoring &
control centre, for the facilities of sewage network in Kuwait
• Implementation of HSE Policies & Plans.
• Review Contractual documents related to the scope and other HSE related to the Project Management.
• Review & approve of contractor HSE plan, Method statements, Hazard identification and risk Assessment based on activities.
• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant & Contractor Key employees for the improvement and development of the Project.
• Training all Contractor and other employees to report near miss & incident for necessary investigation and identify with root cause to eliminate such hazards in the work place (CAPA).
• Provision of safe work procedures and ensure its compliance with contractor and visitors.
• Prepare and implementation of emergency response procedure and emergency team (ERT) for the project.
• Train staff /employees to respond during emergencies and evacuation drill
• HSE statutory and legal compliance are in place and periodically updated.
• Employees undergo periodical HSE trainings based on the work nature.
• Permit to work system is in place.
• Report Project HSE Statistics to the HSE Manager.
Responsibilities include:
1. Review and Submit HSE Documents like HSE Plan, Policy, HIRA and SOP to Client and receive the approval.
2. Review and submit Traffic Management Plan for Necessary Diversion during construction of road and bridges.
3. Co ordinate with approved contractor for the provision of Road marking, installation of Studds, Guard railing, gantry sign board erection, installation of Signage etc.
4. Coordinate with Traffic Department for necessary Detour Drawing and Approval.

• Preparing all the Hazards and critical control points
• Check for the positive approach and results.
• Graded A continuously for 2 years from the External Audit Personnel from Europe for maintaining high standards & documentation.
• Monthly Meeting and training towards occupational safety and health, for both old and fresh candidates.
• Develop committee members, organizing and discussed on various polluting hazards, Chemicals, sewage and other normal wastages.
• Recycle option was suggested in particular area’s where it was applicable to save energy and source.
• Maintaining the facility with various Internal & External audit’s and to stay update with all related issues towards Safety and Hygiene.
