o iOS Van sales application deployment (Project worth USD 350, 000)
Migration of an existing van sales application to the iOS platform. Project involved designing, testing and deploying the application on Apple iPad Mini along with a Bluetooth scanner and printer.
o Apex Oracle Integration (Project worth USD 150, 000)
Apex is warranty and repair system at EMS. Integration of this system with Oracle, so that the inventory and financial impact are directly felt on the ERP system.
o Standard Chartered Bank Payment Integration
Integration with the Standard Chartered bank for direct payment to suppliers and employees
o RIM B2B integration
Integration between RIM (Research in Motion) SAP system and EMS Oracle ERP system. Designed the Purchase Order integration which sends an approved PO from Oracle ERP directly to RIM’s SAP system via SOA middle layer. The acknowledgement, expected receipt date, ASN and AP invoice come back from SAP.
o Ivy Mobility handheld - (Project worth USD 150, 000)
EMS has a van sales team selling to shop owners across the UAE and KSA. Integration of the Ivy handheld system to Oracle for the entire Order to Cash process via the SOA middle layer was designed and implemented.
o Retail Pro integration - (Project worth USD 125, 000)
Integration between Retail Pro (retail software) for our stores to the Oracle ERP system. Integration of the entire Order to cash process via SOA middle layer was tested and implemented. Also, pricing uploads were created so that prices were uploaded directly into the Retail Pro system
o Business Intelligence (OBIEE) - (Project worth USD 450, 000)
Lead the Business Intelligence implementation for the entire Emitac Group from a supply chain perspective.
o iStore & iReceivables - (Project cost USD 700, 000)
Lead the implementation of Oracle iStore for B2B sales & iReceivables for customer view of AR transactions
• Leading the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation
• Analyzed several different client businesses in terms of warehousing operations to make global design document. This document detailed the warehousing requirements and implementation of Oracle WMS in different client businesses over a phased manner
• Developed the Bf 15/45 as is and to be process documents
• Developing processes for inbound and outbound for a warehouse with 6000 pallet capacity, 24X7 operation and movement of more than 1000 pallets per day
• Worked on Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and WMS integration. Completion of inventory using handhelds on the shop floor using MES for OPM module. Issuance of material to batches using move orders
• Conducted various testing phases like CRP1, CRP2 and UAT with client users
• Developed testing documents and Oracle UPK scripts for client users
• Developing multiple customizations to take care of client specific requirements like a custom ASN form for receiving, a Export Order form to take care of UAE specific health certificate requirements etc
• Using Oracle WMS with Oracle MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Applications) - doing warehouse transactions
• Label printing requirements of the client at the point of receipt, production completion and sales order issue were also done
• Liaison to onshore - managing communication between offshore and onshore.

• Lead Consultant in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.2 for a distributor. Implemented Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Order Management and Shipping Execution.
• Also worked on Warehouse Management Systems module - assigning cost groups, picking/putaway etc.

• Helped develop extension to integrated Oracle with UPS/FedEx for direct shipping from Oracle ERP.

• Assisted in implementing Work in Process, Bills of Materials, Planning, Manufacturing Execution System and Order Management.
• Developed an extension to associate purchase order (PO) line items bought to maintenance asset numbers. This fulfilled a client requirement of running maintenance activities based off of PO lines rather than work orders.
• Led Quality discovery session. Coordinated with multiple departments to understand requirements and examine existing legacy systems at the client. Presenting a business case to the management for consolidating existing legacy systems into Oracle/Agile.

• Member of team implementing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.0.6 for a wire and cable manufacturer. Implemented the Discrete Manufacturing Suite including Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems and Mobile Supply Chain.
• Designed and developed forms personalization on the Order Entry form to default the subinventory in the subinventory field given a number of constraints.
• Designed and developed a customized and simplified pick release process for the client.
• Designed, gave functional inputs and tested seven different Mobile Supply Chain - Java based forms. The forms included writing PL/SQL codes for modifying existing Java based form.
