Products: Products include, Pulp, Tissue Paper, Packaging Grades, Offset Printing Paper, Coated art paper, Photocopy Paper, Carbonless Paper, Sticker Paper, Bristol board, Ivory/Food Board, Duplex Grey Back, Specialty Grades & Corrugated grades (Fluting, Test Liner, White Top TL, KLB and WTKLB)
Key Assignment: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of Division. Duties and responsibilities include formulating Policies, managing daily operations, and planning on personnel, purchasing, and Sales & Administrative activities. Most Important, responsible for the P&L and Reporting to the Managing Director
Responsible for Exports Market Development.
•Appointed Distributors in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain.
•Made entry into African Markets
•Executed ATL & BTL promotions in Co-ordination with the export distributors
•Created a STOCK & SELL Monthly Report System from the Distributors
•Emphasized on Merchandizing and in-store Promotions.
•Due to constant efforts, the Brand Equity of FINE TISSUE shot up in Gulf Market.
